A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. I had the best shrimp 🍤 and grits I’ve ever had...and I’ve tried many different kinds. The place was excellent as was the service. The food just made it that much better!
The salmon was delicious. Best I have ever had!
