A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. Pretty good. Not the best parking.
I had the flounder with apricot sauce and it was amazing. The service was spectacular and the server was polite and friendly.

Really great service and good food too
Took a day trip to Charleston for my husband's birthday and ended up in a rainstorm. We made it through the flooded streets to Fleet Landing. What a great way to spend a rainy day! The bartenders were attentive, the waiter was great and the food made our family of four Happy! The complimentary birthday key lime pie was "the icing on the cake"!
Loved the place, staff very attentive and nice, food was so delicious!! The fried green tomatoes stack, was my favorite, and the shrimp and grits, wow!! Never liked grits before
Fast service, the shrimp and grits are wonderful.
Really good food & reasonably priced.
