A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. The food was very good, little pricey but good. The waiter was super nice and really knew the wine to pair with the food. They only problem I had was it took over 2 hours to be seated, even though there were a bunch of tables. At people we’re not sitting in

Incredibly disappointed that Fleet would not make accommodations for a food allergy. When the waitress went to ask the manager about being able to serve a burger (from the lunch menu) for dinner, she never returned to relay the answer. We had to flag her down for the answer. We will not recommend anything from this restaurant. NOPE!!!!!!
