A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. Delicious food!!! We went there for an late lunch/ early dinner and the the outdoor seating was nice especially for a January afternoon. Our server was super nice. We had the Hush puppies appetizer, Grilled Fish Tacos, fried shrimp dinner, crab cake sandwich and the snapper. We all enjoyed our food and experience.
Average seafood at best. Fresh catch swordfish was overcooked. nothing was special.

Ashley Greenleaf is an excellent waitress, made us feel welcome, catered to our every need . If I am able to return l certainly will ask for Ashley!
