A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. I had a great time here. The food and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced. It had a beautiful view and atmosphere and our server Taylor was so sweet and knowledgeable about the menu. She definitely made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend checking this place out. And definitely try those hush puppies.
