A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. RecommendedThis place was AWESOME. We were in town from Atlanta, touring the Medical University, and we wanted to try an authentic Charleston seafood restaurant. Friendly wait staff. Ryan was patient with us out-of-towners and made great suggestions. The recommendations did not disappoint. Great Lunch. Each of the four of us ordered something different and enjoyed every bite. 👍👍

Oysters,Flounder,Shrimp didn’t get to try the shrimp an grits but it look awesome.Waiter was very nice a very friendly place .Cannot wait to go back.
The stuffed hush puppy was amazing!!!! And the shrimp and grits!!!! Oh my goodness, so good!
