I went in on a Monday at 12pm, 1 other customer and 3 employees. Apparently it takes all 3 employees to take care of a single return. I was told someone would be right with me but everyone went to the back at the exact same time, I waited a bit and then when everyone came back the proceeded to greet the new customer that walked into the store rather than me. All three of the employees went towards one person rather than helping us both. Rude.

I am not a runner but and issues with plantar fasciitis so my doctor recommended I come here. Had a 3D scan of my foot, very impressed with the customer service I received Leah took awesome care of me and sold me what I needed and didn’t try to oversell me something I didn’t need.
The worker was nice but I felt rush after I put in my order for shoes. I still wanted to get measured for sports bra and get a watch but worker was ready to move on to the next customer. So 3 weeks has gone by and I called to check on my order, to found out that the shoes were not being delievered because it was the old model shoes. It would of been okay if someone had called to let me know.

Had such a great experience today! Brandy was super helpful at La Cantera location, she listened to me, and brought out an amazing selection of shoes! They didn't have my size so she called the Quarry location and had them hold for me and offered to have them brought to La Cantera location. I love this store! Definitely will not be going anywhere else for any of my running gear! And will make it out to one of the Tuesday runs!!!! Thank you Brandy!!!!!
