I went in not really knowing what type of shoes I needed that would best support my types of workouts. Luckily, the associates at The Quarry location are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. After a quick scan of my feet and a bit of runway walking they selected a few shoes that would work for me. I'm extremely pleased with my Brooks! Looking forward to my next pair!!
Everything was smooth! Morgan was very friendly, helpful, and informative. Helped my daughter and I get into some running shoes that fit PROPERLY! I’ll never go to another athletic shoe store again! As a matter of fact, I’m returning for another few pairs of shoes tonight! Thanks!
The sales associates are dedicated to making sure you leave their store with a pair of shoes that both fit and benefit your feet. The 3d scan( which I recommend) allows them to find what shoes you need, and are not afraid to make multiple trips to the stockroom to get the right size. Turns out I have been wearing the wrong size, I thought I was a 9, but I am actually a 8.5 wide.
Every time I’ve been to Fleet Feet the people are always welcome and inviting, even for someone with minimal running knowledge. They’re running groups are welcoming, just like their people.
The associates at Fleet Feet set the standard for customer service. Although I know the type of shoes I have to wear they made sure that my experience here was the best for me and the other customers that waited. I enjoyed the attention to detail and discussing how a shoe that looks good may not be the best for you. Also, after my sale was finalized the sales associate explained their 60 day return policy. I'll only get my running shoes from Fleet Foot and you should too.
