I walked already hurting because I needed to update my shoes, and he recognized what was going on right away...literally in 15 minutes I was out the door walking better than when I walked in
I am very impressed. I was able to make an appointment very easily. The store opened on time. I was given one on one attention. I do not remember the woman’s name who took care of me but she was lovely. Very knowledgeable. I was able to get inserts to help with my running. I have plantar fasciitis, a common ailment of nurses and runners. I also got some new sneakers. I’m looking forward to breaking those in. She also recommended some great socks. I experienced the 60 day return policy first hand today. Thanks to Morgan for spending a few minutes asking me some questions to help me find a shoe that fit just right and one that would make me comfortable during long distances. She joked that I have "Marilyn Monroe" feet, curvy on the top and bottom and narrow in the middle! Her knowledge about a variety of shoes and personal experience as a runner was insightful. Great selection and even better customer service. Super pleased with my experience and It was even better that I could actually leave with what I wanted and not have to order my size or move to a guys running shoe. I’ve got crazy feet but they met the challenge! Will definitely be going back.
