I bought some amazing arch support flippy flop style sandals from the wonderful young lady (who plays rugby) at Fleet Feet. She was very detailed with my feetsies, measuring them on the scanning machine and finding me just the right fit! She measured my brother's feet too! But after only 4 months, one of the straps snapped on the sandal, leaving me walking with a cardboard box on my foot along the river walk. LOL! The young salesmen found me the most comfortable sandles I've ever had.
Abby was great. My doctor recommended that I purchase some Hoka One Ones for the pain in my feet. I walked in and Abby immediatly came to help me. She is very knowledgeable about the shoe and made sure that they fit properly. I highly recommend Fleet Feet and especially Abby!! She is in the store at the Quarry Market Shopping Center in San Antonio. Go see them you won't regret it.
I am so pleased with the service I received at the Quarry location. After having trouble with my current shoes that were fairly new I discussed my issues with Katie. She was so nice and fitted me with insoles, she was informative and detailed! I will be coming back for all my running needs all the way from Louisiana.
customer service is great and the variety they have is very good too.
The associates are very knowledgeable and attentive. I love coming here and knowing I'm going to get great customer service because the workers take pride in their jobs!
