Justin took his time and offered various ways to determine which shoe was best. My only disappointment was I was told I would receive the email on the information gathered when scanning my feet and provided email address to do that. RecommendedI had given up running for cycling and lost touch with Fleet Feet. Recently, our son became interested in training for his school track team. Early on, he experienced severe knee pain for which he was ready to give up running. Fleet Feet was our salvation! Carroll patiently listened, identified probable causes for pain, observed his stride, and proceeded to offer multiple options to stabilize his feet in actual running shoes. RecommendedAbby did a fantastic job of listening to my needs, how my current shoes were fitting, and past experiences. Once the scan was done she brought out 3 pairs with varying qualities related to my feet and new inserts. In fact I ran 7 miles today in my new shoes and inserts and never felt better. Getting ready to Rock'n'roll in December.
