Always a great experience at this place. I’ve been coming here for a few years now to get my neck and upper back area lasered. I used to suffer from constant ingrown hairs, and Mel told me laser would fix it, and she was absolutely right. FLAWLESS ICON is a SCAM. My friend paid Flawless Icon $4,000 and got ZERO results. I accompanied my friend during the initial visit and the follow-up visit. Different portions of her body were measured to reflect improved results, and documentation was falsified.
