I had heard great things about Flawless Finish which is why I decided to give it a try. When I first booked an appointment, several days in advance, he cancelled on me last minute. So, I understand that life happens and decided to make another appointment with him. The day of, he didn’t communicate with me at all and never showed up to the appointment. I wish the communication and professionalism would have been better, especially since I dropped the things I had to do in order to get my car cleaned.

Service was beyond impeccable. Honestly, I was a bit nervous because it was my first time and my car is my baby, but Michael reassured me he would do a great job.
