He did not complete the services and kept my 25.00 deposit. He said he could not deal with the bugs and my dogs barking. I run an animal rescue and animal sanctuary. This is Florida. Bugs are everywhere😔. I was very disappointed and was really excited about him coming out. Pray that whatever he has going on will not affect the way he works in the future. Praying and wishing for improvement in customer relation and retention. Now looking for someone who can get the job done and is reliable. 😔

WOW! We are so happy with Flawless Finish’s work on our little HRV! I’ve put that car through a lot, between hauling bushes and trees, moving, loading up hay and feed, and everything in between, needless to say it was a mess. Mike took the extra time to make sure every nook and cranny was spotless, and it smells heavenly after the shampooing 👏🏻 Thank you so much Flawless Finish for a wonderful job!! Great communication, arrived on time, very courteous and even rolled up the extension cord and hose. (It’s the little things y’all) I have 3 grandkids but you’d never know looking at the spotless interior. He was able to buff out an old scratch on the side panel that I’ve paid others who said they could take it out. Exceeded my expectations with a keen eye for details. Seriously. You can’t go wrong with Michael. I’m happy to have him out again. Those out there “thinking about it” Give a call, book online or buy a gift card.

A lot of places in Gainesville charge a ridiculous amount of money for a detail. I thought his pricing was very reasonable for what I asked for and well worth the money.
