I have had nothing but amazing experiences with the Flatts. I recently encountered an issue with my apartment assignment that caused me a lot of stress, and after emailing the Community Manager, I received a response in less than two hours with an easy and simple resolution. All the staff is very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend the Flatts at South Campus for their wonderful location, new renovations, and absolutely amazing staff. It's a totally different apartment complex with the new upgrades and etc. The manager, ashley, is super nice and professional. Eli and the rest of the stay are always willing to help (i call daily with questions and etc lol).The new upgrades are phenomenal. They have really put alot into this new place and it shows. They are very accommodating especially during the construction/new updating. Not to mention they are hands down the best pricing in Oxford. This place is going places. Its is next to the new rec center and transit hub which open this Fall. The new owners see this and are investing in it. Its definitely a rising 4 star.
