The Flatts at South Campus has been the worst experience of my life. I would literally recommend living in the dorms on campus before moving into this place. The property manager is almost never working and the others in the office can not do anything without her permission. I have had issues with this place from the very first day I moved in. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Save yourself and literally live anywhere else.
I honestly love living at the flatts. It feels like a true home away from home to me because of the staff. They are so helpful with everything and are one of the friendliest people I have ever met.
Flatts is among the best places that I have stayed at. Everyone from the Flatts office, including the maintenance guy is very sweet. I have never been disappointed with any of their services. They have fun events every week and love their coffee machine. The best thing was they matched me with the perfect roommates.

I absolutely LOVE the Flatts at South Campus!! The staff are very friendly and super personable!! The property is also absolutely amazing and super close to everything! 10/10 recommend!💙
Moved in back in August. Staff is always nice and always there when you need something! My favorite staff member was Eli before he went to another school.
love living here the rent is cheap and the staff is really nice and helpful. plus its not far from ole miss campus and the bus stops to pick residents up.
