Beautiful Place! The property is a must see in Towson. From the rooftop lounge and other great amenities this is a great place to live. Everyone is so helpful in the office, overall its a great community to be apart of.

Good, Bad and Ugly I want to start off this review on a positive note because I hate being negative, but I know when I look for a new apartment, reviews can be super helpful. 703 flats We moved to the flats in October and it’s still feels like we moved in October just a new refreshing feel. The customer service is through the roof it’s better than chic fil a and i love chic fil a. It’s always a warm smiling welcome coming through the leasing office. I lived from the promenade i actually broke my lease because of customer service. I been in Towson for past 8 years this is my third apartment and the best yet.
