703 flats We moved to the flats in October and it’s still feels like we moved in October just a new refreshing feel. The customer service is through the roof it’s better than chic fil a and i love chic fil a. It’s always a warm smiling welcome coming through the leasing office. I lived from the promenade i actually broke my lease because of customer service. I been in Towson for past 8 years this is my third apartment and the best yet.
