Verified Renter I had a great experience with the leasing office. Very friendly and professional at the same time. The apartment (especially carpeted floor) was clean.
Verified Renter Great location. Small community. Staff is very responsive to concerns. Would be nice to have a swimming pool in the building or discount to clubs. Great schools in the area.

Verified Renter Our lease started on June 18th and we moved in on the 27th. So, far its been great. Neighbors are friendly. The staff has address and problems were had immediately. The parking garage is tight but always a spot available.

Staff is amazing! I love living at Flats At 703! The staff is always helpful and attentive. Even when things happen that are out of their control, they are transparent with residents. I’m coming up on my 4th yr here and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.

Verified Renter You don’t get what you pay for. It’s either dumpsters being emptied at 2am 3x a week, or neighbors that let their dog bark all night, or construction happening everyday for a year straight starting at 6am or your apartment being flooded and they still take your rent and don’t give it back until nearly two months after they took it. Appliances like dishwashers and garbage disposals don’t work properly but when you put in a maintenance request you’re told they’re fine.
