Verified Renter Our lease started on June 18th and we moved in on the 27th. So, far its been great. Neighbors are friendly. The staff has address and problems were had immediately. The parking garage is tight but always a spot available.

Staff is amazing! I love living at Flats At 703! The staff is always helpful and attentive. Even when things happen that are out of their control, they are transparent with residents. I’m coming up on my 4th yr here and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.
