Verified Renter You don’t get what you pay for. It’s either dumpsters being emptied at 2am 3x a week, or neighbors that let their dog bark all night, or construction happening everyday for a year straight starting at 6am or your apartment being flooded and they still take your rent and don’t give it back until nearly two months after they took it. Appliances like dishwashers and garbage disposals don’t work properly but when you put in a maintenance request you’re told they’re fine.

Run -Rent anywhere else This place is not worth the money. We've had several issues. Dogs can relieve themselves anywhere, it's supposed to be a smoke free complex but it is not and the kicker is management loves towing tenants car in violation of lease agreements. I cannot wait until this lease of over and I can get out of this place. I only gave them a 1 star rating because I couldn't give a zero.
Parking Wars + Terrible Customer Service If you are considering this property for a family of more than one with more than one vehicle, this is not the place for you. This property has limited parking, struggles with trying to control the issue and tows their paying tenants vehicles. The subpar gym does not always have working equipment. The dog issue is huge! One of two elevators was inoperable for a month. The cost of the rent is not nearly worth the hassle.
Verified Renter Flats at 703 is a wonderful apartment complex! It’s quiet, safe, and the staff is very attentive. Any time we have had a maintenance issue, it has been handled quickly. It’s a wonderful place for our college student in that she’s close to the university but is in an environment that satisfies her needs.
