Verified Renter Flats at 703 is a Mirage, a beautiful well run building on the outside and anything but on the inside: proceed with caution for your high expectation stand no chance against the tedious struggle to live in a semi-decent over-priced after factoring in even 1/3 of the problems Ive faced while in my tenure of less then half a year here. A one word summary would be Draining .
Beautiful Place! The property is a must see in Towson. From the rooftop lounge and other great amenities this is a great place to live. Everyone is so helpful in the office, overall its a great community to be apart of.
