I spoke with multiple people about our stairwell and when Jeff came along he knew his stuff and I knew he was worth paying a little more to get quality workmanship! We made the BEST decision and my new stairwell is absolutely gorgeous and makes a huge statement when anyone walks in the door. I would recommend Flatriver to any and everyone! We had a balustrade and handrail put up. The price was reasonable and the work very good. I would recommend Flat River to anyone who needs staircase work.
A True Craftsman – We are extremely pleased with the quality of work Jeff did for us. He met with us several times to learn and then identify the type and color of woods we wanted to work with. As a result, everything turned out exactly as we were hoping for. My wife and I both work during the day so it was nice to find someone you could trust to work in your home alone. Beautiful Stairs – I showed Jeff a magazine picture, and he matched it exactly. I went from carpeted stairs with chunky stair boards underneath. Jeff completely rebuilt the stairs and matched the new hardwood upstairs. He offered different plans and prices, depending upon the amount of finishing. I was going to install a carpet runner, but the stairs are too beautiful, and we enjoy the new stairs so much.
Great Work - excellent clean up – Jeff is a true artisan - detail work is perfect. Price is in llne with what you would expect from the best craftsman - we feel we got what we paid for. Jeff does what he says he is going to do and does it on scheule. Very trustworthy and highly recommended.
Excellent Craftsmanship...Very Professional.. – Jeff is an artist and takes great pride in his craft. He helped us come up with a beautiful design that compliments our style, while also keeping in our budget. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone that is considering staircase work.
