Have failed to provide service under the advantage program to keep our AC working properly. We've had a total of 41 service calls between July 7th and August 8th 2023 to resolve our failing AC unit that was installed new 3 years ago under the advantage contract. Parts have been replaced multiple times and unit is still not fixed correctly. We are in the midst of the hottest summer in years here in Phoenix area and can't even get the service manager or GM to call us back after 7 weeks of having faulty AC unit. This company's name says it all: they are definitely experts in ****. We have used them for **** major component replacements as well as annual maintenance to keep our two furnaces, AC, and peripheral units tuned up, kept in spec, and cleaned. They are knowledgeable, honest, and more than willing to explain what services they're performing and of any issues that need to be addressed. We've tried others, but they're professionalism and outstanding service record with the **** in our home is second to none.
