Multiple attempts were made to reschedule at which point they never showed up or gave me courtesy calls. I also asked to speak with a manager multiple times to which they do not follow through. Anytime I called back I was told the managers were out, or not available. After canceling my contract they held my refund hostage for 3 months. **************... read more
