La semana pasada pase un mal rato con una comida que mande a buscar por uber me tocan la puerta 🚪 cuando salgo del baño ya la comoda no estaba seguramente no preguntaron y me la votaron fui a reclamar a la administracion y lo unico que me dijeron fue que no podian ayudarme con ese mal rato y tampoco fueron capaz de disculparse por si unos de los conserjes me la voto sin querer!!!
my toliet didn't work at night. the last night we were there we had to call maintenance just to use the bathroom that morning.
RecommendedExcelent and friendly service. The room was sparkling clean. Definitely I will come back again.

We came thru Kissimmee in December and I picked this hotel because of the water park and the price, coming from 22 hours away we got in about 530pm. I was told the park wouldn't be open Thursday because of covid which I was okay with and understood, but my kids were oh so excited as I had picked a water park view room. They were very sad when we had to leave and they didnt get to get on the "blue slides".
