Our server James Bagwell was amazing, not only did he know exactly what to request but he was so genuine. It was our anniversary and he brought a dessert table side and politely wished us happy anniversary. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks James and Flame for the great night. Definitely get the calamari to start, so delicious!
It was our 61st Anniversary, so we decided to try the Flame, never ever been there before. Dustin was our waiter, he took great care of us, including serving us with the.most decilious chocolate mousse. Wonderful food, beautiful atmosphere. We will be back.
I had the 8 oz filet with the candied bacon and jalapeño cheddar mashed potatoes and it was amazing ! We also had the escargot and that was to die for as well! My husband had the Scottish salmon and it was delicious! It’s worth the drive to Springfield for just the meal any day!
