RecommendedFlame is the best spot in Springfield. Everything on the menu is incredible. The great team, warm and friendly service make every dining experience an absolute pleasure. Hands down the best meal in the city.
Best steak I have ever eaten, hands down! The Delmonico literally melts in your mouth. And the Lobster mac n cheese alone is worth dining there.
The service was good, not poor or exceptional. The beef was relatively tough and marginal quality. We were visiting from Fort Worth

Took my wife and some friends to Flame for her birthday on a Saturday. Made reservations and had flowers delivered to the restaurant. They had the table ready and flowers in the middle when we arrived. Service was great. Very responsive and staff was knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. Food was spectacular. Steaks were prepared perfectly. Lobster Mac and cheese is a must. They even provided a birthday cheesecake on the house.
