Amazing steak. Everything amazing.
Had an excellent dinner Friday evening! We had a Delmonico and Porterhouse, Escargot for starters, all cooked a perfect medium rare! The Lobster Mac was also a favorite as well as the Scotch list! My waiter James Bagwell was also way above expectations. He was very informative and gave us a great show of customer service. Me and my Fiance are avid "Fine Diners" and he earned every dollar of that 30%. I spoke with James about some possible promotional ideas and he promptly supplied me with the General Managers card. You couldn't ask for better service. Food was the best you could get .
Flame is awesome! Ambiance is classy and chic. It feels like your in New York City or Chicago not Springfield, MO. Wait staff is professional and attentive. Cocktails and wine are top notch. The food is incredible from appetizers to main course to side dishes to dessert. Definitely a must if you are a serious foodie.
