I came in this morning to pick up a mat that I had purchased online on Saturday, hoping that it would be ready (even though I hadn’t received the ‘ready for pickup’ email). Brandon was so helpful, and even though it wasn’t his job to do online order pickups, he made it work so that I could pick up the mat today and have it home for when I needed it. I appreciate his kindness and his customer service was top notch! Thanks so much 😄
Bought a few workout machines from them, cable broke on one, took 2 years to get back to us, left many messages. Needed basic warranty information and couldn’t provide it to us, spend your money somewhere else , customer service is not it
Great deal on purchasing a squat machine. Communication was great and their sales team (Anthony & Ben) were very professional and courteous. The delivery was on time with no issues. Highly recommended and would definitely consider purchasing here again.
We started shopping with Flaman Fitness before Covid through until now. With their help we managed to have a nice little gym. We work out at a gym but think it's important to have a home option. We do it enough that we totally appreciate quality equipment. Now that our boys are teenagers they appreciate it too. We never shop anywhere else. Solid quality equipment and a very pleasant staff.
