Went there twice they gave me some old steak and it smell spoiled bought chicken with fries waited very long for some burnt chicken and burnt fries people their are not very friendly ether don't know how it's even in business serving food like that...

I enjoy your food but ordered here today and forgot some my food.
I love their crazy fries and tostones loco. Only thing is I wish they would get the orders right, when u ask for no Mayonnaise they still put the dam Mayo, and when you ask for no ketchup they mess that up too. Really how hard is it??

Food is great, Customer service is by far the worst I have ever encountered. When they first opened on linden,The owner and his wife were great..the family members they have hired since....not so much.
I been a Flama fan for years, but my last visit(today) has me never wanting to go back! Took the girl about 20 mins to acknowledge I was even there, she even took an order from a person behind me. After that I asked for the special and she rings me up for just a sandwich. Just an awful experience...Lost a loyal customer
Food is great. I would eat there more often if the service was better.
