Im only giving a 2 because i have to give them another try, maybe later in day. I truly believe in giving kids opportunity to work but at least make sure they can assist the customers. I think the pernil was just ok but i honestly I think that they were ready for customers even though it was after lunch time because nobody else was there but then as I was leaving people really started coming in so I will give this to benefit of the doubt and think it was just poor timing. Rice bland, taco ok.

Quality of food was good, empanadas were good, steak taco was $5/$6 and just one huge taco the tortilla was fried which was a nice touch. Down side was wait for food however it’s fresh and made in a small kitchen food truck so you usually have to wait. Only time you have fast service with a food truck is if it’s busy or if the food is old and just sitting. Other problem was my Cuban sandwich was not authentic at all!! I dont know about there other locations but the service at the food truck in Allentown is horrible. I ordered 4 pastellios and 2 drinks. Took them 20 min before asking again what my orders was then waited another 10 minutes. And on top of all that thry gave me the wrong type of pastellio. Had to get my money back. I wish i had not paid first i would have just left .

Seen their post of pics of good food so I Called to make an order for the office , the lady who picked up was huffing and puffing as if us buying food from them was a problem. Then we called back to see the total because she didn't tell us how much it was and again she was huffing and puffing and said she was writing it down and not next to a computer so could no tell us the price and hung up. I called again and cancelled the order since it's too much work for her and she happily cancelled it. Hope that wasn't the owner...
