Doesn’t deserve a star fucking rude as shit. Called to order a chocolate cream pie for Christmas Day and they told me to go elsewhere and before I can get a word I’m slammed the phone down on me. Disgusting customer service I would never eat there even if they offered me a free meal and I was starving on the streets!
Waited 20 minutes to be seated for breakfast with my 8yr old son. Finally got seated and ordered our food. 15 minutes later our food comes out and my son needs to use the restroom. I tell our waiter we will be right back as I need to take him to the restroom. Upon our return approx 5minutes later our food was gone and there were people sitting in our seats at what was our table. You have got to be kidding me!! I went to Flakowitz this past weekend with my Mom. We had awesome service by Brandon. He dealt with grace and patience a very loud patron who was terribly rude. He is a true asset to this establishment! The food was overflowing and delicious. Thank you!

Good NY style deli. Big selection of bakery goods and take out traditional NY Jewish foods. Great if you want holiday dinner without the work. They provide everything. Warning..... some of the counter people still think they live in NY and can be very curt and sarcastic. Just chuckle and let it roll.

Food and service is still terrible as always the only good thing about this place is their bagels overall no improvements and haven't been their in a long time because it's still lousy
