First off, this is not a handicap accessible office. It used to be a nice practice with reliable front desk. The staff I have been dealing with for 30 years have all retired and the new hires are not exactly proficient, friendly, or young! Dr. Smith will be retiring soon. It doesn’t seem the practice has progressed along with technology. The offices have not been updated in probably 20 years. I get to stare at the bugs in the light fixture above my head when the hygienist cleans my teeth.

I have been a patient at Flagship for a very long time. Patty was my Hygienist for years and when I found out she was no longer there, I was apprehensive about my upcoming appointment. Mary encouraged me to keep the appointment and I'm glad I did. Elman is a very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional hygienist. I ended up having a little unexpected procedure done after my cleaning and that went smoothly too (other than a numb face). 🙂 As always, Emily was a Sweetheart and Dr. Kelliher was very personable!

I've been going to this dentist office for along time. I started when there office was in Somers. All my children are grown and the 2 that are in the area still go there. I even called one Sunday for a friend who was in agony and the Dr said meet me at the office in 15 minutes. My friend was so impressed he decided to make this his dental office. I don't know what I'd do with out you guys. You're all terrific�
