I have been a patient at Flagship for a very long time. Patty was my Hygienist for years and when I found out she was no longer there, I was apprehensive about my upcoming appointment. Mary encouraged me to keep the appointment and I'm glad I did. Elman is a very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional hygienist. I ended up having a little unexpected procedure done after my cleaning and that went smoothly too (other than a numb face). 🙂 As always, Emily was a Sweetheart and Dr. Kelliher was very personable!

I've been going to this dentist office for along time. I started when there office was in Somers. All my children are grown and the 2 that are in the area still go there. I even called one Sunday for a friend who was in agony and the Dr said meet me at the office in 15 minutes. My friend was so impressed he decided to make this his dental office. I don't know what I'd do with out you guys. You're all terrific�
The entire office staff, hygienists and dentists are professional, friendly, and concerned about their patients' dental health. That's why my husband and I continue to drive from South Hadley to Longmeadow for our dental needs!
This is a great dental office. I've been a patient of Dr. Chris Smith since he started on William St. I'm always treated well in every phase of my visits. Great professional courtesy, knowledge and expertise.
I thought my previous dentist was the best in the field until my wife and I joined the practice of Dr Hausman about 17 years ago through the recommendation of a friend. Excellent care and a super and cordial staff. Doc always explain clearly what is to be done, with no pressure and gives you options. There are no surprises! His attention to details is remarkable and so it is from his staff
