I will be looking for another primary as my recent experience with Dr. M was disappointing and discouraging. During a challenging time, there was barely any sympathy or understanding of what I was experiencing. The medication he initially prescribed was not working with an adverse reaction and when I suggested alternatives that a prior doctor prescribed that did, he said because it's "old" medication he didn't want to sign off. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Muzquiz! His patient demeanor made me feel comfortable right from the start. He conducted a thorough analysis and took the time to listen to all my concerns. I truly appreciate his attentive approach and highly recommend him to anyone seeking quality care. Five stars well-deserved!
This office is so efficient! I was only there for 30 minutes, but I didn't feel rushed. Dr. Muzquiz actively listened to and addressed all my concerns. Highly recommend!
I always have to call for test results. They can't seem to understand how my prescription drug service works, so some of those prescriptions are rejected and then I have to call and explain why it was rejected. I'm leaving this practice and want folks to know my experience.
