This office is so efficient! I was only there for 30 minutes, but I didn't feel rushed. Dr. Muzquiz actively listened to and addressed all my concerns. Highly recommend!
I always have to call for test results. They can't seem to understand how my prescription drug service works, so some of those prescriptions are rejected and then I have to call and explain why it was rejected. I'm leaving this practice and want folks to know my experience.
If I could give zero stars I would. They are terrible there. The only nice person I encountered was the nurse taking my vitals. The doctor was sken right rude the entire time. I told her about a procedure I had removing my entire colon and she proceeded to tell me I did not. She didn't even look at my records from Mayo clinic. I in fact had my whole colon removed but she had my second guessing myself. My primary complaint going in there she brushed off and told me she couldn't do anything for my knee issue.
