Front office lady for the Urgent Care is super nice & everyone else here too. Fast & efficient.
Literally never had a problem with this lab until today. New employee insisting labs have not been sent while my doctor’s office has sent them twice.
I have used this practice for the better part of three years, there’s consistent turnover in their staff and the front office shows zero bedside manner or care for the patients. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a primary care doctor if you have any expectation of actually being seen by a doctor or taking care of with any type of patient passion. This is the epitome of institutional medicine. Look elsewhere, buyer beware when you deal with this office
Update: Dr. Di has since left this facility; you can search for his new practice at Paradigm Primary. Dr. Di is incredible! Personable and thorough, spending the time needed to really get to know his patients and address all their concerns. Both my husband and I are patients and we have never been happier with a PCP. We had the very best experience at UF Health Urgent Care at Murbella. My son broke his leg 10 minutes before they were closing. I called to let them know we were on our way there. We arrived 3 minutes to closing and they still serviced us. The staff were calm and patient with us. They stayed late just for us. The P.A., Doug Senecal went above and beyond for my kiddo.
