Dr. Katmeh is the best Doctor I have ever had. He truly cares about his patients. I usually dread going to the doctors office, but him and his staff are, some of the kindest most genuine people I have ever met. I usually never leave reviews on any sites, but I wanted to because of how well I have been taking care of. Thank you everyone. I really appreciate you guys!
Don’t bother calling if you’re a possible new patient. Not taking new patients even though website says they are. Woman who answered the phone was very snippy and short. Sad thing is that this practice is the ONLY doctor’s office in st. Augustine that takes my Florida Blue plan. What does a person do who wants to stay up to date on their health and get labs?
Unfortunately, I find myself in the awkward position of posting a not so positive review of this medical practice. That being said, I really do like Dr. Bass. She was kind to me and helped me to identify some medical issues that I've been experiencing. Her office staff, on the other hand, not so much. I had an outstanding balance owed to the practice that was forwarded DIRECTLY TO COLLECTIONS!!!! UPDATE: 7/28/23 I started to see a decline in calls until about 2 weeks ago when I again started receiving multiple, daily call from insurance carriers, patients, and pharmacies. A caller generously offered that she was given my phone number from 'Anna' at this office. I spoke to Anna today and, rather than apologize and correct their years of shortcomings, she had the nerve to suggest that I change my phone number.
