Editing my review as my 3 most recent appointments have given me nothing but trouble. 3 times in a row now I have been told that I was being prescribed medication and 3 times the medication has never been sent and they did not send the specialist referral. For the specialist I had to call 3 times in over the span of a week to get them to send it. I have been calling their office for days as they assure me it will be resolved. Nothing has been fixed. Billing is shady. Charging over $100 after insurance just to establish yourself as a new patient.
Very good care from Dr. Di. I had to find a new primary care doctor and chose this facility because it is close to my home. Very happy I did. I hope that she doesn’t go anywhere for a long long time.
Choosing a new doctor is so stressful, but we made the right choice! I am so grateful for Dr. Elizabeth Looney Di and her team! She spent quality time with my husband and me, answering questions and explaining medications. She is reasonable and not quick to push expensive or unnecessary tests, while at the same time being very transparent about the risks versus benefits. We both left feeling heard, which says a lot when you're leaving a doctor's office!
