My wife was referred to Dr. Schwartzman after falling and injuring her elbow. She got an appointment within two days. After arriving for the appointment, she was seen with almost no waiting. The doctor and staff were all very friendly and professional. It was a very positive experience.
If I had been there when the woman at the counter skipped my elderly mother's appointment then said to her face "What are you bitching about?" I would have ruined your day. My 65 year old mother with her arm in a sling GOT CUSSED AT by the "office manager". What is wrong with you?! NEVER GO TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE
Terrible experience… was told doctor would order a nerve test and never followed up. Recommended surgery for carpel tunnel without exploring other options. Billed for an hour of time but only seen 10 minutes and I’m still contesting the ridiculous bill I receive…. avoid this place
I was very pleased with the professional approach and helpful concerns with both drs I saw and felt extremely confident they listened and responded to my concerns. They explained my X-rays in detail and with understanding. I never had an experience with orthopedics myself but have with my spouse since 2023. My husband and I had a great experience there last year with his shoulder and my wrist..but I had waited and waited to see a doctor about my sciatica pain and just wanted a shot but the Dr said he is a surgeon, he doesn't do injections...so ridiculous. After I had waited for three weeks. .If I had known that I would have never went there and don't plan on going back ever again for any kind of back pain....I sure do miss St Augustine Orthopedics...they were the best there.....Oh and by the way, Dr Grimes is also a surgeon but... read more
