I had a terrible experience at this orthopedic clinic. I was there for a follow up appointment but the night before I injured my foot. I told them that it was swollen, bruised and painful. The receptionist said sorry we can’t see you for that. That’s a different doctor so I did go in to see my doctor to follow up on my hip which was fine. I had been discharged from physical therapy and I told him about my foot and he told me that he did not do feet I am so disappointed with the way that I was treated here. They make sure to call and tell you that they aren’t able to see you and treat you even tho you’re doctor sent the referral over there so your stock in between you can’t be seen and they doctor sending you there and you can be on a list which might be months before u get to see a doctor
Today l came in with my Mother who is 83 years old for an appointment we’ve had over two weeks in the St Augustine office. She has been feeling pain in her right shoulder for more than two weeks. From the moment we arrived at the office, it was an uncomfortable experience.
