Terrible experience at this clinic. Be aware. Dr. Garrett Scharzmann barely spent 30 minutes with us. I called in advance and got the price. Checked-in and no one ever mentioned that would be additional extras charges later. Even when you pay out of pocket, they'll find ways to charge you later, as they wish, even that you barely spent 30 minutes there and no exams or additional info was requested. Nothing. I mentioned suicide when describing how bad the pain is is, I just did realize that I became a surgical candidate for spondylolisthesis. Instead of talking to me in private, they finished the conversation and left the room made me think that I was waiting to be discharged and they called the cops I don’t even know what to say about that. I’ve been in and out of doctors office since I was eight years old. This is the biggest breach of Dr. patient trust I’ve ever experienced. I’ll never ever go back there again.
