We remodeled our bathrooms a few years ago, replacing all our original bathroom shower and bath hardware and with all new higher line DELTA fixtures from The Fixture Shop. Sally and James were very helpful and patient explaining the various product lines they had in our price range, helping us decide on our new fixtures. Had a 30 year obsolete old hot water sink fixture that had been getting worse and worse and had contacted/went to 3 other locations and was told, “no luck”. Dropped in to Fixture Shop and one of the employees (wish I would have caught his name - nice, on-the-ball guy) found parts and completely built me a new exact replica in 10 minutes. Even gave it a complete water test before I left. Works like a charm. I’ve bought shower and bath fixtures before and always treated well.

We went in there and put together a bill of material for our entire house remodel. Jose was very helpful but it took him 2 weeks to get me a quote. Then I needed to make a few changes and after several follow ups and 10 days of waiting on a revised quote I finally had to go elsewhere. If service is that slow to quote I’m afraid what will happen after I pay.
