This garage door company is an absolute disaster. They promised same-day service but didn’t show up until three days later with no communication in between. When the technician finally arrived, he was rude and clearly had no idea what he was doing. He left without completing the job, claiming he needed a part he didn’t have and never came back. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a garage door company. They were late for every scheduled appointment, and when they finally showed up, the technician seemed completely unprepared and unprofessional. The repair they did was sloppy and actually made the problem worse. Within a week, the door got stuck again, and despite multiple calls and messages, no one responded.
