Stay Away! – Stay away from Five Star Tires! They charge for services they DO NOT perform and then threaten you when you question them about it. This is only ONE of the problems I encountered here. Businesses run in this way should not be allowed to operate. Help keep honest businesses open by filing complaints against businesses with practices such as Five Star Tires'.

I am sorry,But this is not true we don't ever threaten anyone people who read this review please visit us to see with your own eyes. There's no way we charge customers and don't do the job. We want to keep customers for life not for 1 day. And it's true.
I saved $1,000 by going somewhere else – My 2006 Toyota Corolla shut down on Robertson and I was forced to have AAA tow it to the closest open shop. Chris looked at my car and told me that he would have my car back to me by the following day. When I called him, he said that he was still ordering a part and he needed an extra day to put it in. I apolegize for the inconvenience,sometimes it really takes some time to diagnose the problem on the cars especially if its electrical or computer problem and I remember that we called you and ask you that you might have a warranty from Toyota dealer so its better to take the car to the dealer and we didn't charge nothing to you even we worked on the car for days. We honestly do anything possible for our Customers to keep them satisfied.
WOWZA! I came here a few days ago because of the reviews on Yelp! Well, I was not disappointed, 5 star service all around! Amazing! Go Go Go and such good deals!

Awesome prices and even better customer serice – Wow, I find the last user review very hard to believe. Five Star is known for its customer service. I've never been to a more trustworthy customer orientated auto shop in my life. Mike is the kindest person and gives amazing prices. I recently went to get my tires changed and what would have normally cost me $1200 for a set of tires only cost me $400 with installation. I will definitely be a customer for life here!

Bad service – This place is rip off I live around this area, I got my tire fix one time and I am never going back. They charge to much compare to pep boys, Bad lousy customer service. Do not recommend

It's actualy the other way around we charge less then Pep Boys I even called Pep Boys to veryfy tire repair price and its over $5.00 higher i will appriciate when people say the truth.

Best Car Repair Experience in years! – I am a car mechanic skeptic. I generally believe they are all out rip us off in one way or another (I tend to feel the same way about taxi drivers in foreign countries). Five Star Tires may be the catalyst which changes my beliefs. As I drove up, I was impressed, no, amazed by the cleanliness of the work shop. Everyone greeted me and was friendly. Amazing Customer Service! – After calling around to a few repair shops, I knew almost as soon as Mike answered the phone that I'd found my winner. He was friendly and gave a clear explanation of what was most likely wrong with my car. I brought it in and he was able to fix the problem immediately, then charged me a little less than he'd said on the phone! It's such a relief to find a mechanic I fully trust.
