The RV worked as planned.
The price was very, very fair. I will be using them whenever my Class A rig needs some TLC.
We had a great trip and experience with 5 Star, I'd recommend them, especially to those who are new to RV's as we were.
We had a great experience with Five Star this summer for our family trip to Glacier and Yellowstone. Jack helped us determine the right rig, was very knowledgeable and walked through all the details with us.
The salesman really knew his stuff and helped us for a couple of hours without pressure. 5 Star is where we will buy.
I just rented a travel trailer for five days from Jack and the guys up at five Star RV they were very very helpful and made the process seamless! needless to say I am definitely going back to rent another one or maybe even buy one!
Barry and the crew at Five Star are the reason you want to work with local members of the community. Everyone, especially Barry himself, went totally out of their way to help me get exactly what I wanted, then went a step further! I had been looking everywhere for a good tow vehicle, and the PT Cruiser I found there has been terrific.
Our kids were begging us to buy the RV, we had so much fun! It was a luxury unit, but still a fair price and extras like mileage were all discussed in advance. Jack also really helped us out by arranging to keep the RV overnight after our Friday walk through since we weren't leaving Seattle until Saturday.
