They put you in the proper RV for your needs, and then do a thorough walk thru with the equipment before you leave the lot. We even talked about buying our own and putting in the rental program.
What a wonderful experience we had working with Five Star RV and Jack.
Our trailer was ready to go when we arrived and we enjoyed the trailer for 10 days along the Long Beach, WA coastal area.
Would rent from them again.
Their costs were reasonable, they kept us in the loop as they were troubleshooting, and everyone was extremely courteous.
We rented one of their 26 foot trailer for 4-days. The pick appointment was fast and easy. Returning the trailer was quick and easy as well. We enjoyed the service as well as the rental from Five Star. The camping trailer was clean and well taken care of by Five star. We will definitely come back again for our next camping voyage.
Great Experience!!!!!! This was our first time renting from Five Star RV Rentals. We had excellent customer service. Kristina was very helpful and took the time needed to help us choose the right RV for our vacation. Loved the hospitality basket and how clean everything was. Most of all we appreciated that everything worked on the RV when we got to our site. Bonus!!!!! Again we very pleased and are looking forward to renting from Five Star again.
