We used Cindy‘s Kozlowski and she And she was not able to answer any question we had. The first one was Flood insurance. We asked initially if there was flood insurance so she checked with the listing agent and he said no there’s not well it took us about five minutes to figure out that the reason why was because he paid cash and it does require blood insurance if there’s a mortgage then the next one we asked if there was anything that was gonna be going next-door on the acreage next-door to us Again she said oh goodness it ... read more
