My husband and I purchased all our rings from here 5 years ago. Great customer service. But within 5 years, there have been 6 diamonds that have fallen out of my wedding band. They were very helpful at first with replacing and fixing them at no cost and checking the setting to ensure it was secure. We had good customer service. Just seems like a lot/more than average to fall out from just normal wear and tear (not wearing it to workout, clean, etc).
