This place is AWESOME. I got to work with Rachel and Eyrene (and a third lovely lady whose name I can't recall), and they were just so, SO helpful. I brought in gold chains for my grandmother that were broken, and that also needed bigger, easier clasps for her to be able to open more easily, and Eyrene helped me find great alternatives. Really good customer service, and their repair guy did impeccable work. Totally five stars!!Â
Taylor, Rachel, and Eyrene are the most hardworking and friendly team! They've helped me and my fiancé on multiple occasions. They did an incredible job with my engagement ring and wedding band. Highly recommend.Â
I just had a FABULOUS experience with Five Star. They re-strung pearls for me and Eyrene did a perfect job. I wasn't sure I would ever wear pearls again, but the two darling girls at the front helped boost my confidence and determine a stylish length. The store is a treasure and I will definitely return.Â
