Inspection is shady. We bought a house he inspected maybe five pages of issues. We sold same house 3 yrs later with 70k of updates, and he found 35 pages of issues. He beat it up bad and we had to sell for 20k less than asking price. A family friend (buyer) just had his inspection went well for (seller). We went there and mold obvious all sorts of problems not listed. Seems fishy to me!!! Not sure who Jim works for??
