Brought my car in for a recall airbag replacement part. Took them over a year to get the part in. They would not give me a loaner car so had to take a day off work. They said they would give me a ride home while working on my car. I have been here an hour now waiting on that ride home. Smh
I am posting this while sitting at the dealership service waiting room. I had an appointment for an oil change at 10:30 am. It is now 1:40 pm. Three hours for a scheduled oil change (and it’s not done yet). I’ll never be back.

Less than poor customer service. First time visitor, will never go back, but better than Gwinnett Ford, who never returned my call to schedule appmnt. and Loganville Ford who's customer service is just as poor.
The sale team was very nice n patient which i loved cause im very indecisive they had refreshments for the long wait. And most importantly i walked away happy with my decision
This place will rip you off. They charge for a warranty that you don’t even have. They don’t tell you and hope you don’t read your paperwork. They refuse to refund your money. They suck and keep giving you the run around. You will have call a lawyer to get your money back. Don’t BUY!!!!!
I have a poor experience almost every time I go here. I was turned away from the Quick Lane with a 3 and a half hour wait for an oil change and told "please, please don't come back" the following morning because it would be too busy. You can't make an appointment for an oil change anymore, but it seems like there are never enough techs, either. Unless you get there right when they open, you're going to wait.
