Called to get an estimate nick in the service dept informed me that I would have to take my truck to chevy because they don't have tools to work on a chevy what does ford use different tools than standard or metric I think not just a case of lazy ass
I bought a new truck from Five Star Ford in October of 2016 and it was not the best experience due to the shady character of the salesperson. In October of 2017 I was in a accident and totaled that truck and decided to give Five Star Ford another chance because their prices on F-150s were just too good. I had a decent experience when I purchased a used truck with five star ford in Dec 2016. Afterwards, not so much. Pervis Reynolds was the salesman. I was promised a refund of my first oil change which wasn't needed until June 2017. I sent Pervis the receipt on 21 July 2017. After several follow ups and over 2 months later, I'm told they would only reimburse me if I took it to their location in Atlanta. I live over 4 hours away. Went in to look at a "new" truck only to find out it has 2,300 miles and different wheels/tires from the advertisement. Evidently someone at the dealership had been driving it and they just swapped out the wheels and tires since they had mileage on them. The Sport package only has two wheel options and neither of them were on the vehicle when I got to the dealership. That's false advertising folks. Between that and a rude sales manager I don't think I'll be giving them my business.
Never had anything but honest and prompt service, as prompt as can be with car service anyway. Service reps are great and good at getting things going.
Nick Ingram was a great sales person to buy a car from, but that being said the follow through thus far on referral check, fixing paint missing on door handle has been none extent. The Finance Manager is as shady as any used car sales man you have ever met.
