do not buy from this dealership they will lie to you. I purchased a vehicle from them in which in the very beginning I told them that I would not be financing two weeks after purchase they pull credit report on me for no reason, the business guy was rude. Kept pushing me on extras. Complained about the sales person probably because he was not making any money off of finance since I was paying cash.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. ***************** is a horrible excuse for a sales rep. I brought my truck into service Thursday, which that has been a great experience. I had my service rep reach out to sales, he connected with ****. No calls or follow up from ****. I bought a new **** escape about 2 months ago. I traded in a fully paid ********** eclipse cross. They told me my pmt wasnt due till august. I got a statement from **** financing and ace 3 mos of pmts in august. T star **** reported me 30 days past due. Also after about 1 month I got a power train error message. How can a NEW car have a power train issue??? Theyve had it for a week and will be at least 1 more week.
We purchased our f-250 from 5 star ford. Shortly after we started having isssues with our tailgate just randomly opening. We were told the tailgate opening was recall issue in the past bring it in and they would address it. We brought the vehicle in repeatedly and was told there wasnt an issue. my fiancé bought a f20 2008 super duty about 6 months ago or so after purchasing we went to Kelly blue book to just check out how much it was worth and five star ford in North Richland hills price gouged him by about 16k and now he cant even trade the truck in without losing money because other dealer ships are offering him only 10k for a truck that according to five star ford is still worth 26k
We traveled in from out of state to purchase a truck. Working with **** was a pleasure. The transaction was a smooth process despite some miscommunications and setbacks. Unfortunately, after returning home we encountered an expensive repair. Even with multiple people out sick, **** was able to work with us to issue a reimbursement for more than half the cost of the repair. My 2014 Ford Edge was diagnosed by my auto shop as having a defective fuel pump and they advised me my good fortune was that it was under recall. So I took the car to 5 Star Ford to have it done. Whoops they say this particular vehicle does not qualify for the fuel pump recall. Ok so I ask what do they charge to replace the fuel pump? Our intent was not to gouge you. Our promise with a professional diagnostic by a Ford Certified technician is an accurate specific repair that allows us to fixed your vehicle right the first time. It would not be a good business practice nor a benefit to our customers to simply replace a part without that diagnostic. If it does not actually repair the vehicle then we are fully responsible for it.
This is the first time I ever write a review for a business. However, I would like to warn others about a practice that I have not experienced while buying a car. The saleman was great and very helpful. We agreed on a price of $16000 + tax = $17300s. My preapproved interest rate was 4.54%. With these two numbers, as long as I don't buy any additional offers, my payment should be a fixed number (so I thought). The finance person presented my payment as $285/month for 72 months. On 7/20/2013 I purchased a new 2013 F150 Lariat 4x4 from the Internet Sales at, Five Star Ford at **** ********* **** *** ***** ******** ***** **, from salesman David *****. When I picked up the truck it looked good, I was satisfied with the price and the transition went good.
