The best mortgage specialist for sure!!!! My family and I are clients forever! For the past year we did 2 mortgages with Josh and one refinance! Don't even think who to go to, don't waste your time!! Josh can do it even if it's seemed impossible (can tell from my own experience�) fast, hustle-free process, doesn't even take much of your time! Everything is done electronically, you don't have to go to the office all the time you need to sign something!! Such a positive experience!�

Josh was so awesome in our mortgage process, we saved so much going with him instead of a big bank! Quick too, we closed in less than 45 days with no hassle. Everyone said getting a mortgage was going to be a tying and difficult procsss, well we had no issues with Josh.
